The real problem is not durability, it is change
Most warehouses can keep paint on the floor if they commit to repainting it. What they cannot do is keep it correct. Pick faces move, racking is reconfigured for a new contract, a dock is repurposed — and the floor still shows last year's layout. A wrong marking is worse than none, because people learn to disregard it.
Projection decouples the marking from the concrete. Moving a walkway means repositioning a projector, not closing an aisle for two days.
Where it earns its keep
- Drive-in and dock doors — trucks reversing into the same opening people walk through. Our most-requested application.
- Aisle intersections and blind corners — stop and yield markings at the point of decision
- Pedestrian walkways through areas with forklift traffic, where OSHA guidance calls for striping and a physical barrier is impractical

Why the floor is the right surface
A wall sign competes with racking, banners, product and everything else at eye level. In a warehouse people watch the floor, because that is where the trip hazards, the traffic and the pick locations are. A projected sign is in the one place attention already goes.

Standard warehouse ceiling heights of 20 to 35 feet suit the 60W to 300W range. Ambient brightness matters more than ceiling height for legibility — bright, average, dim and dark each change the practical image size, and we will size it for your actual conditions rather than a best case.
For high-traffic crossings, our Smart Systems use directional sensing to show different messages to forklift drivers and pedestrians in the same doorway.
