The CYAN Huddle Station™ is a custom-printed, fully magnetic dry-erase huddle board with two hinged, double-sided wings. Custom-printed, built in Brantford, Ontario, and made nowhere else. Open it for the tier meeting; close it and the headline numbers still face the room.

Sizes

Height is 48″ on every standard size. The wings are always half the width of the centre so they close flush over it.

Open width is fully flat; at a normal huddle angle the board takes about 80% of it. Each size comes as board only (wall mounted) or with the T-slot aluminum standing frame on locking castors. Custom widths and taller panels are quoted on request.

The five surfaces

• 1 · Centre panel: the main layout. SQDC, the zone grid, the tier board or a map of the area.
• 2 + 3 · Inside of each wing: detail for the meeting. Actions and owners, audits, skills matrix, document pockets.
• 4 + 5 · Outside of each wing: always on show. Area name, safety cross, today’s status, quality alerts.

Construction

• Panels: 26 gauge steel sheeting, magnetic on both sides of every panel
• Print: your layout on premium vinyl under a scratch- and abrasion-resistant dry-erase laminate; works with any standard dry-erase marker
• Frame: aluminum extrusion around every panel
• Hinges: full-height piano hinges between the centre and each wing, rated for daily opening
• Closure: magnetic catch holds the wings shut; ergonomic handles on each wing
• Wings: double-sided, printed inside and out, so the board works open and closed
• Standing frame (option): heavy-duty T-slot aluminum extrusion on four locking industrial castors. How it goes together

Every face is magnetic, so these reposition anywhere: flip-over red/green status magnets, sliding indicators, 8.5×11 and 11×17 document holders, write-on magnetic labels and cards, printed headers, and marker trays and pen cups. Quoted with your proof.

Free design on every order, with unlimited revisions until you approve. Nothing is printed until you approve the artwork in writing. Lead time is 1 to 3 weeks from approval; repeats of a design we hold are quicker.
