Is the design really free?
Yes. Every custom order includes a free design with unlimited revisions, and nothing is made until you approve the proof in writing. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the drawing and owe nothing.
How long does an order take?
Custom orders are built in 1–3 weeks from proof approval, and stock items ship sooner. Tell us your deadline when you send your photo and we will give you a real date.
Where do you ship?
Everything is made in Canada and shipped across North America, and internationally by DHL.
Can you match our sizes, colours and logo?
Yes. Boards, signs and floor markings are made to your dimensions, your colour standard and your branding, including bilingual English and French signs.
Do you handle POs and multi-site rollouts?
Yes. We work with purchase orders, vendor onboarding and supplier documentation, and we draw rollouts so every area or plant follows the same standard.
