1Choose the size

Inches, portrait or landscape. Custom sizes cost nothing extra: we quote against the nearest standard size at or above it.

  • Measure the wall, not the old board. Give us the clear space and we fit the largest sensible board.
  • Count your rows first. About 30 mm of row height stays legible at 3 m. That decides the size more than the wall does.
  • Up to 48″ in one direction is one seamless sheet; wider, we panel it and hide the seam on a design line.

Every board: premium vinyl print under a crystal-clear anti-scratch dry-erase laminate, an industrial magnetic surface, and a professional aluminum frame rather than domestic trim.

Order the consumables with the board. A board without a pen on it stops being used within a fortnight. Markers, erasers and spare magnets cost little and save a separate PO later.

FAQ

What do you need from us to start?

A photo of the board you use now, a spreadsheet of the layout, or a sketch. Add the size of the wall and how far away people read it. That is enough for a proof.

Will the printed lines wipe off?

No. The layout is printed on vinyl under a clear dry-erase laminate. Only what you write on top wipes off.

Can you resurface the boards we already have?

Yes. A magnetic overlay with your new layout sticks onto an existing steel whiteboard, and it is fully removable.

Can we roll out the same board to several sites?

Yes. We keep every design on file with a reference number, so the same layout with different area names ships as a repeat in 3 to 5 business days.

How long does it take?

1 to 3 weeks from written artwork approval; larger and multi-site projects may run longer, and every date is confirmed against capacity.
