Most enquiries get a reply the same business day. Design drafts usually go out within a couple of business days of receiving your photos.
Free design — the fastest way to get a useful answer
We draft your layout before you commit to anything, at no cost and with no obligation. Unlimited revisions until you approve the artwork in writing. If you like the drawing, we build it. If you do not, you keep the drawing.
This is not a sales tactic, it is how we avoid building the wrong thing. Almost every specification problem we see comes from someone guessing at a size or a brightness rather than measuring.
For a 5S shadow board or cleaning station
Send us:
- A photo of the area — and, honestly, a photo of the tools in a pile works just as well as a list
- Rough dimensions of the wall or the space the station will occupy
- What the area is: dry, wash-down, food contact, office
- Your 5S colour standard, if you already run one

For a projected sign or virtual walkway
Send us:
- A photo of the area
- The mounting height available — ceiling, beam or structure
- How bright the space is: a lux reading if you have one, otherwise just tell us whether it is a dim aisle, a lit production floor, or a dock with daylight
- Roughly how big you want the image on the floor, and what it needs to say

For custom signage, whiteboards, overlays or labels
Send us the artwork you have, or a description of what it needs to say, and the size. Free design is included on every custom order — there is no separate art charge and no minimum.
Quotes, POs and volume
We supply automotive, food and beverage, packaging, distribution, mining and municipal accounts across Canada and the United States, and we are set up for purchase orders, vendor onboarding and multi-site rollouts. If you need a formal quotation, a W-9 or supplier documentation, ask and we will send it.
If you are marking more than one area, say so early. Rollouts are priced and drawn differently from single orders, and standardising the layout across a plant is much cheaper to do at the start than to retrofit.
Lead times
Custom manufactured items run 3–4 weeks from written design approval. The design stage moves as fast as you do. Stock items and drop-shipped components ship sooner — ask and we will give you a real date rather than a range.
Everything we manufacture is made in our own facility in Ontario.
Existing orders and support
Email info@cyanvisuals.com with your order number and we will pick it up. If something arrived damaged, send a photo of the packaging as well as the item — it speeds up the carrier claim considerably.
