What to send for a fast, accurate design

5S shadow board or cleaning station
  • A photo of the area. A photo of the tools in a pile works as well as a list.
  • Rough size of the wall or space.
  • The area type: dry, wash-down, food contact or office.
  • Your 5S colour standard, if you have one.

Visual management board
  • A photo of your current board, even if it is hand-drawn.
  • The size you need, or the wall space you have.
  • How it will be mounted: wall, mobile stand, floor frame or machine guarding.

Projected sign or virtual walkway
  • A photo of the area.
  • The mounting height available: ceiling, beam or structure.
  • How bright it is. A lux reading helps, or just say dim aisle, lit floor or dock with daylight.
  • Roughly how big the image should be and what it needs to say.

Signs, labels, overlays and anything custom

Send the artwork you have, or describe what it needs to say, plus the size. Design is included. No art charge and no minimum.

Multi-site rollouts and volume

We supply automotive, food and beverage, packaging, distribution, mining and municipal sites across Canada and the US. If you are marking more than one area, tell us early. Standardising a layout across a plant is far cheaper at the start than as a retrofit.

Existing orders and damage

Email your order number to info@cyanvisuals.com. If something arrived damaged, send a photo of the packaging as well as the item. It speeds up the carrier claim.
