Substrate Guide — Choose the Right Material

Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast) — 4mm

Lightweight, affordable, and surprisingly durable. The go-to choice for indoor temporary and semi-permanent signage. Easy to hang with grommets. Good for production line labels, short-term campaigns, and budget-conscious facility signage.

Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast) — 10mm

Thicker and more rigid than 4mm. Better suited for larger sizes and areas where the sign may be handled or moved frequently. Still lightweight and affordable.

Aluminum Composite (ACM) — 4mm

The premium choice for permanent industrial signage. Rigid, flat, weather-resistant, and built to last years in demanding environments. Ideal for permanent wayfinding, safety-critical signs, and any application where longevity matters. Available single and double-sided.

Rigid PVC

Durable plastic with a clean, professional finish. Lighter than ACM, more rigid than Coroplast. A strong mid-range option for indoor permanent signs that need to look sharp without the weight of aluminum.

Foam Board

Lightweight rigid board for presentation-quality indoor signs. Not suitable for wet or outdoor environments. Best for office areas, reception, meeting rooms, and trade show applications.

Vinyl Banner — Indoor/Outdoor

Flexible, lightweight, and cost-effective for large sizes. Hemmed edges and grommets for easy hanging. The most affordable option for large-format coverage. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
