    How it works

    Open for the huddle. Closed, still working.

    • Surface 1, the centre: the main layout. SQDC, the zone grid, a tier board or a map of the area.
    • Surfaces 2 and 3, inside the wings: detail for the meeting. Actions, owners, audits, document pockets.
    • Surfaces 4 and 5, outside the wings: always on show. Area name, safety cross, today’s status.
    Same board, many names. Huddle station, tri-fold, tri-panel, 3-panel huddle board, pride board, zone communication board, mobile obeya. It is one build; the layout is what changes. Need it smaller? The two-panel Bi-Fold is in the catalog.

    No wall needed

    Heavy-duty T-slot aluminum frame on four locking industrial castors. Rolls to the line, locks in place.

    Three standard sizes

    Height is 48″ on every standard size. The wings are always half the width of the centre so they close flush over it.

    CAD, free design included. Open width is fully flat; at a normal huddle angle the board takes about 80% of it. Custom widths and taller panels are quoted on request.

    FAQ

    Is the back of the centre panel usable?

    On a wall it faces the wall. On a standing frame both sides of the centre can be printed; ask and we quote the extra face.

    Can you copy the board we use now?

    Yes. Send a photo or the file and we redraw every field you use across all five surfaces, at no charge.

    How is it shipped?

    It is an oversized item and travels by freight. We arrange delivery after the order is placed; local customers can collect from Brantford.

    How long does it take?

    1 to 3 weeks from written artwork approval. Repeats of a design we already hold are quicker.
